The Disciples said to Jesus, "Lord teach us to pray." Jesus response to them was not "IF" you pray but "WHEN" you pray. That tells us that it was mandatory for the Disciples to pray. We see in Scriptures as well that Jesus himself prayed all the time. Prayer is the weapon Jesus has given us to combat the attack of the enemy and enforce the purposes of God in our lives. Prayer is communication with God. To know what is on someones heart or mind we must communicate with them.
God has placed it on my heart to start a weekly morning prayer meeting. This is a time to come together and pray for our loved ones, our church leaders, community and anything else God places on our heart. We will meet every morning from 8:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Monday through Friday. You are free to stay longer if you want.
When we pray lives are changed. Let's come together and see what the Lord will do in us, through us, and with us. Luke 18:1 "Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to PRAY and not lose heart!"
